04/02/2010 - Important Co.Board meeting approaches

Following a meeting of the DCB Officers last night, the next meeting of Dublin County Board has been scheduled for the 22nd of February at 8:15pm in Old County Pitch and Putt club. The meeting will see the discussion of some very important matters for the coming season and a full attendance of clubs is expected.

Matters to be discussed include the league format for the coming season and also proposals for the Dublin Inter County selection trials system will be accepted and discussed. Both of these issues have wide ranging affects on all clubs and members in the County and so everyone's input is important.

Finally, due to the scheduling of the National and Leinster Matchplay qualifying events in Dublin this year, the Dublin County Board leagues will begin on the later date of May 10th.
